Before placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to our policies.

 

Privacy Policy – Your privacy is very important us.  We will never disclose, trade, or sell any of our customer’s information.

Hours of Operation – Our business operates totally online 24/7. We do not have a facility open to the public. We are generally available by phone Monday-Friday 10 AM – 4 PM EST.  We are closed all major holidays.

Backorders – We do not backorder our products.  If expect that we will have an item on backorder or is received late from our supplier we will notify you within 24 hours.  We can hold your merchandise and ship everything at once or send the remaining items later at no additional cost to you.

Canceling or Refusing Orders – You will be charged a 15% restocking charge if you cancel an order once it has been processed.  If you refuse a shipment, you will be charged a 15% restocking charge plus shipping charges.

Return Policy – If you are unhappy with our products, you may return them within 10 days for a full refund (less shipping & handling).  Refunds are only accepted on retail orders. Refunds are not accepted on private label products. You must notify Harbor Mill Candles of your return to receive a return authorization form.

Damaged Items – Damaged items should be reported to your carrier within 48 hours of to receive a claim number.  We are not responsible for items upon leaving our business.  The customer is responsible for filing damages to the carrier.  By you filing a claim, the process is expedited and the carrier will speak to both of us.  Each package is inspected prior to leaving our business and we can ensure that the products are in perfect condition.

Georgia Residents – You will be charged 7% sales tax.

Ordering – Harbor Mill Candles is an internet-based company.  We use software that is 99.9% error-proof so when you enter your personal information it eliminates any clerical errors on our end so once your order has been placed, it cannot be changed.  Orders are usually shipped with 48 hours if you’re ordering gel candles.  Custom-designed soy wax candles will ship in 2-3 weeks allowing the candles to cure to maximum burning and fragrance throw.

Payment – We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
