In accordance with the DMCA, Harbor Mill Candles has adopted the following takedown policy.

Harbor Mill Candles. reserves the right to remove any material on its sites that infringes or possibly infringes another’s copyrights. It is our policy to terminate the account of repeat copyright infringers when appropriate. Upon notification complying with the above requirements, we will expeditiously remove and/or disable access to the infringing material and notify the affected users. We will take reasonable steps to work with notifying parties that do not comply with the notification requirements above to help those parties comply with our notification requirements.
